Importance of Feedback Based Course Correction by Fredrik Galtung

In this video Fredrik Galtung, from Integrity Action, talks about DevelopmentCheck, an app for real-time citizen feedback on the transparency, participation and the effectiveness of development projects that enables community monitors to report on their success rate in implementing fixes to identified problems. He discusses how this and other tools and techniques can be used to gather continuous feedback from stakeholders, help articulate tacit knowledge through the use of structured dialog or case studies, and to "course correct" during the implementation of development projects.
