As Senior Associate for the Ultra-Poor Graduation Initiative, Isabel focuses on business development, with support on technical assistance delivery, communications and advocacy. Isabel also advises communications for the BRAC microfinance programme, having previously led communications and knowledge management for the programme in Bangladesh. Isabel has conducted several field assignments for BRAC in Myanmar, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Lesotho. Externally, she represents BRAC on the Partnership for Responsible Financial Inclusion's Microfinance Communications Council as co-Chair, and she is Director of the Microfinance Network. Isabel completed her undergraduate degree in Politics at the School of Oriental and African Studies, and earned a master’s in International Public Policy from University College London.
