On November 29, GDI will be hosting its first Learning Program workshop at the World Bank Headquarters. Practitioners from the World Bank, JiCA, IADB, BRAC, Sida, GIZ, Global Integrity, NEPAD Agency and the Global Partnership for Social Accountability among other organizations will attend the workshop. By bringing together various organizations that support hands-on learning initiatives, this meeting will allow practitioners to share different models and practical lessons from on-the-ground experience, and to experiment first hand with selected methodologies and design thinking.

This session will discuss a recently developed approach that came out of GDI’s Learning program pilot in Africa. The approach is grounded in GDI principles of a) adaptive implementation, b) multi-dimensional response, c) focus on delivery challenges, and d) attention to context.
