Why operations knowledge matters for Multilateral development banks

Recently, Li Dongxiang, Lead Regional Cooperation and Integration (RCI) Specialist, Economic Research and Regional Cooperation Department, at ADB, wrote a very interesting blog post entitled "Why operations knowledge matters for MDBs – and how to capture, reuse it". He argues that “operations knowledge forms the base and backbone of the knowledge resources of MDBs” (as, indeed, of international development organizations generally).
